Inventory Credit, Buyback & Exchange
Recover capital tied up in slow-moving stock — or roll it directly into the parts and overhauls you actually need.
Three Ways to Convert Excess Into Value
Every operator and asset owner ends up with surplus eventually: retired units, decommissioned trains, end-of-program inventory, or simply parts that were over-bought against a project that shifted. We have three ways to put that material back to work.
1. Direct Buyback
We purchase your excess inventory outright. Send a list with part numbers, quantities, conditions, and any available paperwork; we'll respond with a buy offer.
2. Inventory Credit
Apply the value of your surplus as credit toward parts you need from our shelves. Useful when cash isn't the constraint, but procurement timing is.
3. Exchange Against an Overhaul
Trade in serviceable, repairable, or as-removed components against a managed overhaul (see Managed Overhaul) or a like-for-like exchange (see Rotable Exchange).
