How Exchange Works
You ship the core (your removed, repairable, or as-removed unit). We ship a serviceable replacement from inventory. Pricing is the exchange differential plus any condition uplift.
For operators on a tight outage clock, this is faster than waiting on an overhaul. The replacement unit lands at site, gets installed, and the core is processed against the exchange.
Components Available on Exchange
Common items we run on an exchange basis include:
- Actuators — fuel metering, IGV, VSV, and bleed actuators
- Bleed valves — bleed and anti-surge valves across engine stages
- Pumps — fuel, lube, and scavenge pumps
- Starters — pneumatic and hydraulic starting systems
- VSV controls — variable stator vane control units
Available rotables vary by engine and condition. Contact your AMP sales representative for an up-to-date list, or submit an RFQ describing the unit you need to swap.
