GE LMS100
The intercooled aeroderivative — purpose-built for fast-start utility-scale power. AMP supports LMS100 fleets with inventory, exchange, and managed overhaul.
About the LMS100
Intercooled gas turbine system developed from GE frame and aeroderivative technologies. Simple-cycle thermal efficiency up to 44%, with peaking, mid-range, and baseload capability up to 113 MW.
The LMS100 is a hybrid: it draws on GE's heavy-frame engineering for the low-pressure compressor section while using aeroderivative technology for the rest of the engine. The result is a simple-cycle thermal efficiency of up to 44% — the highest in its class — and a fast-start, fast-ramp profile that's a fit for grids with growing renewable share.
How AMP Supports LMS100 Operators
Because the LMS100 is a more recent platform than the rest of our portfolio, parts availability matters as much as parts provenance. We source through trusted channels, document condition rigorously under our ASA-100 program, and provide back-to-birth paperwork where available.
Where overhauls are required, we route components through licensed MROs in our managed overhaul network and consolidate consumables, paperwork, and logistics under one project.
Hyperscale Peaking Power
The LMS100's 100+ MW output and aeroderivative response time fit hyperscale data center campuses and AI workload power requiring large-block, fast-start peaking capacity.
